We begin with that requirement and assess the property around it. The plan may use Starlink, 4G/5G, existing broadband, cabling, wireless bridges or a combination of technologies.

A considered specification.

Equipment choices, mounting positions, routes and coverage belong in one plan. We explain the proposed work in a written quote so you can understand what is being installed and what it is intended to do.

We also identify the remaining checks and any service limitations relevant to the recommendation. The approach needs to make sense for the site, rather than follow a standard equipment bundle.

Who you are dealing with.

NextWave is the trading name used for this internet and connectivity service. It is not currently a registered limited company. Your written quotation identifies the party supplying the work and the agreed scope before you accept.

NextWave manages the project.

You deal with NextWave from the first enquiry through to installation and handover. We specify the solution, arrange the agreed work and coordinate its delivery.

Our process starts by email and remote assessment. Where the property needs further investigation, we explain the next step before the work is agreed.
