NEXTWAVE / How it works
One clear route. From enquiry to handover.
A short form starts the conversation. NextWave then takes responsibility for the assessment, specification and installation of the agreed solution.
Tell us about your property- 01
Tell us about the property.
Start with your name, email, postcode and a short description of what needs connecting. You do not need to diagnose the problem or choose any equipment.
- 02
We ask for the useful details.
NextWave replies by email to ask for photographs and any other information needed. That might include the buildings to connect, the current equipment or a potential cable route.
- 03
We assess and specify.
We review the property remotely and develop the proposed approach. If photographs and the available information leave something unresolved, we explain any further checks or site visit needed before the work is agreed.
- 04
You receive a written quote.
The proposal sets out the equipment and installation work included, along with relevant assumptions and exclusions. Any provider subscription or other ongoing service can be clarified at this stage.
- 05
You approve the plan.
Once you accept the quote, NextWave arranges the installation and confirms access and preparation requirements with you. Changes to the agreed work are discussed before proceeding.
- 06
Installation to the agreed specification.
NextWave manages the installation against the agreed plan. We coordinate the work and check the connections included in the project, so you have a clear point of responsibility throughout.
- 07
Invoice, handover and next steps.
After completion, we provide the invoice and handover pack for the installed system. This covers the agreed setup, useful operating information and any ongoing service arrangements identified in the proposal.
A little more clarity
Before we begin.
We start remotely. Some properties need a further check or site visit to resolve access, routes or installation conditions. We explain what is needed before the work is agreed.
NextWave specifies and manages the agreed work and remains your point of contact throughout the project. Installation is arranged to the NextWave specification.
No. Tell us if you already have equipment; otherwise, the recommendation and quote will explain the proposed setup and what is included.
We provide the invoice and handover pack for the agreed installation. The pack explains the installed setup, useful operating information and any ongoing arrangements recorded in your proposal. Any particular testing, documentation or training requirements should be agreed in the written scope.
Reply to your NextWave project email with your reference, a short description of the problem, when it started and which buildings or devices are affected. Do not email passwords. We can then establish whether the issue concerns the installed network or an external internet service.
Check the support arrangements stated in your written proposal and handover information. Continuous monitoring, response-time guarantees and an ongoing support package are not assumed to be included in a one-off installation. Any additional service and its terms need to be agreed separately.
Yes. Describe the problem and the parts of the property that need a connection. Choosing a suitable approach is part of our assessment.
A short description is enough to start
Let’s connect
the whole picture.
Tell us where the property is and what needs to work better. We’ll take it from there by email.
No photographs or technical details needed yet.
