NEXTWAVE / Privacy
Your enquiry. Your information.
A clear explanation of the information involved in asking NextWave to assess your property.
Information in the enquiry form.
The form asks for your name, email address, property postcode and a brief description of the work. An enquiry also records its reference, date, delivery status and the NextWave page from which you opened the form. If you accept analytics, we also record the first page visited in the current browsing session where available. Unknown landing pages are left unrecorded; we do not guess them. The form does not ask you to upload photographs.
How your information is used.
NextWave uses enquiry details to respond, ask for relevant photographs or further information, assess the property and prepare a proposal. If work is agreed, information is used to arrange the installation, issue the invoice and provide the handover information.
The enquiry form is not a newsletter subscription. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive details in your message.
Information needed to deliver the work.
Where work proceeds, relevant property and project details may be shared with the people carrying out the agreed installation. NextWave manages that work and the project specification. The enquiry itself does not commit you to a purchase.
Services used to handle an enquiry.
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiries are saved in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database, and Resend delivers a notification to the NextWave team. Google Gmail is used for enquiry correspondence, and Google Drive, Docs and Sheets hold the project records and documents.
OpenAI tools assist with organising enquiries and preparing working documents. A person reviews the proposed work and quotation before it is issued. Enquiry details are not used to make a solely automated decision about accepting or pricing your project.
These providers may process information in more than one country. The applicable account terms, processing locations and transfer safeguards are being checked before the full notice is finalised.
Optional website analytics.
We use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics in the cookie notice. It measures page visits and successful enquiries, together with general device and traffic-source information. We do not send your name, email, postcode, message or enquiry reference to Google Analytics. Advertising features are disabled.
You can reject analytics and still use every form. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent. Your choice is remembered on this browser for six months. With analytics accepted, a separate browser-session entry remembers the first NextWave page visited; it is cleared when you withdraw consent or the browser session ends. If accepted, Google’s _ga cookies identify a browser and its session for up to six months. Google processes this usage information for NextWave; see Google’s privacy policy. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes the analytics cookies this site can access.
Retention and your rights.
Enquiry correspondence, website records and project files are currently retained in the services described above. A defined retention and deletion schedule, and the lawful bases for each use, still need to be confirmed; we cannot yet state a fixed deletion period. Optional analytics is based on your consent.
You can ask about access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or request restriction, objection or portability where those rights apply. Use the enquiry form or reply to your existing NextWave correspondence, quoting your enquiry reference if you have one. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
